Hello Gen Church Fam,
Can yall believe that 2022 is over halfway over? It's blowing our mind! Thus being said, that means school is starting soon. This will be our first school year being located across from SJC campus and it is the first year for SJC to have dorms. That means we need so much prayer! We serve a big God but we also see the futility in trying to do all this on our own.

First Baptism: We are so excited to announce that we celebrated our very first baptism! God is at work and moving in our people. We are excited to see firsthand what God does with this new life. See the pictures attached!
First Church Picnic: On August 14th we had our first church picnic. One of our core values is community and we wanted to continue to build our relationships and invest in our church family. There is just something special about sharing a meal with your brothers and sisters in Christ. d
SJC Community Fair. This is really exciting for us! August 26th is the Community fair for the San Juan College Students. This is where they get to connect with local organizations that are off campus. We participated in this fair in the Spring but we saw many disappointed faces when we told them our location was across town. We are excited to tell them we are located just across the street, within walking distance. We need prayer for this day. We want to love on these college students and be a safe place for them to come ask questions about their faith and deepen their relationship with Christ. We want to see some of them come to faith in Christ. We just want to show them Jesus.
Ways to support us: You are always welcome to come visit us one Sunday morning at 11:07am or Wednesday nights at 7pm at 5150 College Blvd Ste 202, Farmington NM, 87402. Send family or friends who you think would be a good fit for Generation Church. We don't have words to explain how much yall mean to us. You love us so well!
Thank you again for all your love and support. We know God uses each one of you in a special way to love on us, encourage us and make Generation Church the church it is today.
Bendiciones (blessings),
Generation Church
